I cant withdraw my balance

Hi, can anyone help me i usually withdraw my balance using fiverr transfer bank method, but Some how now i can’t do that the button turn is like disable for click and when my mouse over on it its says withdraw in progress

but i am not doing any withdrawal before, is that a problem or bug?
