How to get orders from buyer requests?

Hello everyone….
I am getting lot of Buyer requests everyday…Almost 100 Buyer requests already sent…But I didn’t got any orders from Buyer requests.I don’t know what’s the real issue, is it my communication issue or gig issue…
Anyone advice me about how to convince buyers through our bidds.How to react to the buyer requests?
