I can't contact buyer

Hi there, I’m Hamza.
Recently I made offers to buyer requests and in their requests they say to conatct me for more details or to discuss the request.
But it is really said that I am not able to contact them. There is no “Contact Me” option on their profile.
Guide me guys from where I can contact them.
I am new seller on fiverr with 3 gigs, no orders 😔, a month gone.

You can’t contact buyers on Fiverr unless they contact you first. This feature was built in so that no buyer pressurizes any customer.
