Fiverr system ate 24 dollars from my account

So, looking back and forth between my revenue and totals, Fiverr’s system has somehow eaten 24 dollars (that’s SIX FREAKING GIGS) of my earned revenue.



I’ve attached a photo.



The top half of the image is a screencapture from 'Revenue: Everything.'



It shows that I have earned 188 dollars and have 44 dollars pending clearance - which is correct.



The bottom half of the image is a screencapture from 'Revenue: Pending Clearance.'



It shows that I have only earned 164 dollars and have 20 dollars pending. This is NOT correct.



The system messed up somewhere and I’ve lost twenty four dollars. Not very happy about this. This needs to be resolved quickly.

I’ve contacted CS and tweeted them. I am PISSED.

Anyone who’s had issues with funds not clearing or being froze pending need to check their numbers. I know several people said they had issues with pending amounts today.

I just posted on another discussion. I had $68 disappear from my account last week. Their response was rambling and did nothing to address or correct the issue. I’m saving screen shots every day now.

Same thing with me, $28 just disappeared from my account. Its so bizarre.
