Offline after 20 Minutes

Hey,

For some reason, my account seems to go “offline” after 20 minutes so no one can see my gigs, which is incredibly annoying, especially for someone who is still in need of orders to build a portfolio, I can’t do that if I have to keep going online every 20 minutes. How can I stay online for longer please?

Same issue is with me my account go offline after a hour!

Your gigs don’t go offline, only you do.
This means that your gigs are still available to be seen.
There is no point being shown as “online” to buyers if you actually aren’t online.
Don’t try fake being online - that will get you banned.

Oh ok, I missread, I thought it said “gigs are invisible under the search filter”, but it said “gigs are invisible under the online search filter”.
