Your order will be marked as completed within 3 days of working even if the buyer has not responded.

About the review thing, it really depends on your buyer whether or not they want to leave a feedback.

You need to remove the name of the buyer from your post above.

In addition to what has been advised:

There have been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning because they discussed a review.

Best just to leave it and move on.
