Order completion down to 50%

My order completion is going down to 50% but its not my fault to cancel order as i already register complaint that buyer is not responsive and order is going delay thats why i cancel the order please help…

There is nothing you can do.

If you cancel an order, then your order completion rate will do down.

If you had two orders, but you cancel one your rate will be 50%.

The only way to increase this figure is to receive and complete more orders.
