Seller states Delivered but there is nothing in Delivery?

I hope you won’t blame the seller for something that could be a Fiverr glitch. We all hate it when it happens, and good sellers want their buyers to have a great experience, not to spend hours in frustration because the file won’t go through.

Hello everyone, Last night I attached the files while delivering the order and I usually recheck the whole paragraph (response while delivering) and the attached files too. But the buyer texted me that he didn’t get any files attached with the delivery. So I resend the files now. Does anyone else facing the same problem or is it just me?? Will it affect my profile in violating ToS for delivering the incomplete work (tho I delivered the order before time and still have got 14 hours left)??? P…

I believe a kind of platform, include Fiverr may has some deffective moment. However if the seller able to reply the buyer but not to let the buyer sitting in dark would be appreciated. For example In my case above, once he sent me the blank/fake delivery, I message him at the same time but he just left without answer my question.

The key is communication.

I redelivered the file again as soon as buyer replied with “getting no delivery in return” and everything was perfect.

Now, as a proof I take screenshots before delivering the order where I have attached the files so I can show the buyer if the same bug appears again.
