How to associate my social account which are already associate with my previous deactivate account

I have a Fiverr account with saidulislam743 username.

I want to change my username of this account. I found that I need to deactivate my current account and open another account. So, I deactivate my account, pause my active gig but I forget to remove my associate social account.

So now, I can’t associate my social account to my new account.

How can I remove social accounts from my deactivated account?
