Big withdrawal in EUR on Paypal, invisible fees?

Hi !

I did my first big withdrawal in EUR on Paypal, I have a problem with the numbers…
So I had $806 on my Fiverr account, Fiverr displayed 777€ and… when I withdraw on my Paypal account, only 712€ came on Paypal. I really don’t understand how this is working

If I actually check the actual exchange rate $ and € : for $806 = 739€
So ok, Fiverr does not display the right conversion, but there is still 27€ of difference between 739€ and 712€.
Is there an explication for the difference ?
