My customers can't pay with a bank card

Hello, I’m new here and need help. I have some clients who want work with me through Fiverr, but they can’t pay with bank cards, 3 different people tried it, but had same results. Maybe anybody have same problem and know what I can to do?

Hey there!

I’ve had the same problem a few times, even with my own card! Most of the time its a security problem on the banks end because they shut the card off when they see a transaction on fiverr. All banks do it differently. I just have to call my bank if I ever want to buy something on fiverr.
