Missing Money after refund

I have recently canceled a order then I proceeded to refund it back to my CC and haven’t received it in over 10 hours now. I have made a Help Center request and haven’t gotten back to me. Very frustrated in this website.

If you cancelled an order, the fund will be deposited to your Fiverr account as Available fund, not directly to your CC.
You need to withdraw the fund from your Fiverr account to your CC.
That’s how the website works.
