Hi everyone! I’m currently a graduate student in the field of counselling psychology, aspiring to become a psychotherapist. I have a passion for making mental health resources and advice accessible and convenient through online platforms. Some of my interests include nature, meditation, blogging, and writing about psychology, relationships, and lifestyle.
