If the buyer does not contact you, or does not message you for more information, then I would say that’s a pretty clear sign that the buyer did not choose you for the order. The system is not going to tell you who the buyer does choose to hire. You don’t need to know that information.

Your offer remains available to the buyer for as long as they choose. If they don’t like the offer, they can also delete and ignor it.
