There is not my any fault but reduce my fiverr rating 10%.



How to resolve it.

Your customer cancelled the order because you did not deliver on time

cancelled order. seller failed to deliver on time!

You must make sure you deliver within the time frame you have set for your gig, otherwise you risk a negative feedback,

if the buyer does not provide anything you should propose a mutual cancellation so you do not get a negative feedback.
