travelingtrees
I’m sure this has been asked before, but the search function didn’t produce any suitable answers.I’m in a weird tax situation (very long story) so I need to know with 100% certainty whether Fiverr provides 1099s? I made just over 1k last year from two months work on Fiverr, and I did not receive a 1099 this past January. However, I do not know if that is because Fiverr does not provide 1099s or if I did not earn enough to qualify for a 1099.I’m going to file my taxes this year regardless, but for the 2021 tax season I need to be prepared now in regard to a possible 1099.Thank you in advance! coerdelion
If you’re referring to what we in the UK call a P60 - a total of salary, nat insurance, taxes deducted, that kind of thing - then no. You’re not employed by Fiverr, but by yourself.
