Wrong order requirement

I just got a order in which buyer did not provided me required files or stuffs which i need before starting a project and that project is started now, client did not respond after placing order and i have one day time to deliver that,

without proper requirements i can not start this project,
before also it happened with me and he cancelled order at last time,
i have already written in my description that contact me before placing order but some buyers place order without knowing me and they sent anything in order requirements.
how to deal with these situations and avoid order cancellation?

i hope i will get solution for this.

That is why you set he can not make order without putting requirements. All my gigs have mandatory requirements. Order timer doesn’t start until buyer provides instructions and sample files.
