If I deliver in time, then deliver again (f.e. with mistakes fixed), but after original time passes, will it be counted as late delivery?

Couple times I got into an agreement with the buyer that I’ll send them partially finished order and then the completed one after they use the revision and it didn’t seem to make my On-Time Delivery rating drop.
