I wanted to Retake test due to internet issues my tests got zero

Hello Dear,
I have taken my SEO SKILL TEST On 18th May 2020. I was unable to pass the test. But I prepared for it and on 19th MAY I retake the test as per fiverr guidelines but due to my internet issues I couldn’t take test and now it is marked as zero and I am unable to take test for 3 months.

From my sugestion, you can take take a test two time in three month. understand??
