"there is an issue with the payment"

I have a problem with my payment for the offer received. The payment is not being processed.
I’ve tried from 3 different cards and the same error “THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE PAYMENT”.
I’ve called the Bank and they are telling me that every time I do the transaction, Fiverr is sending back the money into my account.
I’ve also sent tickets to Fiverr Customer Support, but no replies yet. Moreover, they marked 2 of my tickets as solved, but in fact nothing is solved and the offer is still on “Confirm&Pay” status.

This morning I wrote again to Fiverr CS because it’s been 2 days and no answer, no email from them. Not even the “solved” tickets don’t have any comment there.

Can anyone help me, or advise what to do in this situation?
