Gig denied after modification

I got asked to modify my gig because it contained personal info on my photo and the description. I did it and after pending approval it was removed. I ensured there was no personal info at all and it still got removed. Why?

same thing, they said there was still personal info on my image even after i cropped it out

so there is no way for it to be restored even though i removed all the things they asked to (personal info)
