Bugs while delivering the order

Hello everyone,

Last night I attached the files while delivering the order and I usually recheck the whole paragraph (response while delivering) and the attached files too. But the buyer texted me that he didn’t get any files attached with the delivery. So I resend the files now.

Does anyone else facing the same problem or is it just me??

Will it affect my profile in violating ToS for delivering the incomplete work (tho I delivered the order before time and still have got 14 hours left)???

Please help!!!
