Warning! Do NOT use [Fragglerock]!

I was not going to post this until [Fragglerock] responded as if she did not know what was happening or happened. I truly believe she has just stolen my material. First of all, she waited almost a week to respond after I submitted the required information. When I emailed to ask if she received, she never responded. When she did respond, again she stated she did not receive and it was clearly noticed that she did. She asked me to upload again and I did. Then [Fragglerock] canceled my order. When I responded asking why she canceled my order, [Fragglerock] stated she never received the material. What a lie!!! I am highly disappointed with her professionalism and response level with this gig. It’s a good thing I have the copyright.

I’m not sure what the whole story is, but the issue could have been a technical glitch with the Fiverr site. There have been a handful of times when buyers kept attempting to upload their file, yet nothing would show up on my end. I’m sure they really were uploading something, but for some reason, the upload just wasn’t appearing on the order page. I’ve also experienced buyers’ and my messages not being visible on the order page after having been sent as well as my deliveries not showing up on the order page on the buyers’ end, causing me to have to find other ways to deliver their orders.



The site usually works fine, but I’ve noticed that every now and then, there are bugs and glitches that screw up orders.
