I had before New seller level.

It seems like you went from New Seller to Level Two in the timeframe of the evaluation period but fiverr only gives out the levels one by one, so you had to receive level one before you can receive level two.

It’s probably cause Fiverr gives 1 evaluation per month and you can’t skip levels, so this month you’ll be Level One and at the next evalutation you will upgrade to Level Two. But you can also contact Customer Service and see if they can do something about it!
