Hello,

I send Clickable PDF for my client in order page. And I send all the files in delivery.
So, I think he download them and try to use it. After he tells me files are not work. Can you please tell me is it block fiverr. Because still he does not accept order and he try to use it. So, I think fiverr block that. Is it possible? Fiverr block files before order accepting.
