If you have achieved the requirements of the level 1 seller you will be automatically upgraded to level one seller.

It is an automatic process and will done.

When the label will be updated?

Sellers doesn’t have “labels”. It’s “levels”.

It will be upgraded on the day of evaluation. Which you can see in your account. Or on the help fiverr page. Or in fiverr TOS. Or simply by searching here on the forum
