Fiverr must fix the cancel order system

I have found several buyers who want to cancel the order when I have sent the work, the reasons are varied, some have changed their mind and do not need it anymore, or say the work is very bad. in my opinion this is detrimental to the seller who has spent time for it. it’s very annoying. and when we reject it, the buyer will give a bad rating. I think the buyer can take advantage of this, like when a designer, he gives a concept, and the buyer knows the concept, he can make it himself. cancel, the money will return to them.

I am a victim of these issue,I have purchase a theme for my buyer & make all the design .When i am going to deliver ,He block my access & send me a cancel request ,I refuse to accept & then the fiverr support make the cancellation.It’s a very bad experience to me.

Yes, I have faced the same things in my first order. I have finished my order but unfortunately and that time don’t know how to face this type of situation.
