I’m seller, and when buyer open a dispute against me i accept order cancellation by mistake, even i did each and everything according to buyer requirements and put my time and work all day long.
I reach in no time to fiverr help and support center and tell them about this incident.
Now my order completion rate come to 97% from 100%.
What should i have to do?

Judging by your poor English you probably didn’t make it clear what you actually wanted CS to do. This was hard to understand.

You can’t un-cancel an order.

We can’t comment on if you should have gone to CS because we have no context. What you’re describing doesn’t at all prove that the buyer dispute was unjust. Spending all day on something doesn’t mean it was of quality, suitable and in scope. CS probably felt the same.

I just said you can’t un-cancel an order.

I did the same mistake !

 

So now there is no way to revert that ?

In my case buyer was trying to scam me by getting it for free !

I rejected dispute for 5+ times but by mistake I accepted it for 6th time .

Moreover it has no recheck feature (i.e. are you sure you want to accept dispute .)

Can customer service help me in this?
