My response rate is falling

Hi friends,
Today i noticed that my response rate has been dropped,
Because some day ago i deleted one of the message without reading it,now it’s show me a notification on mobile app that you have one unread messages but i know that i deleted that message without reading it because someone was disturbing me, due to that message my response rate is falling

Can any one tell me how can i see that Message so my response rate will again restore
