Can I refer someone on Fiverr while providing services to a buyer?

I’m web developer sometimes I get clients who also looking for SEO and logo design for their site I have few friend specialized in that niche.

So my question is that -

Can I refer my friends account directly that buyer and get work done from them is it legal ??

Short answer: NO

Longer answer: Read the terms of service (there’s a link to it on the bottom of the main Fiverr page), particularly where it talks about referring to sites outside Fiverr. “Sites” in this instance also refers to your friends who don’t have a Fiverr account.

Referring work to people outside Fiverr will get you banned.
