No order since last few months

hi, I am new to Fiverr and I joined Fiverr in Feb 2020, I created gigs , worked upon it with comprehensive research, and stayed active for long hours. I even got a good number of impressions, views, and clicks but I don’t know why am I not getting the order.

I took a little peek at @workolhic’s account 👀 Most of your Gig thumbnails are the same with your profile picture. Change your thumbnails.
You got 7 Gigs active and 4 of them are Data Entry Gigs! You can’t make same or similar Gigs of the same category/topic. You have to get rid of them first. You can be suspended for this.
