Is Seller Helping Center not respond to our tickets?

I know that Fiverr staff are very busy due to the convi19 and the bug. I had created a ticket about my gig approval, I had changed some description, although it’s active but the Fiverr system said that Fiverr staff need to approve it before appearing on the search bar.

I had waited for the Fiverr for 9 days but still haven’t heard any of the news. Now my gig can nowhere to be found in the search list…I just need that one staff to read my description and approve it, is it they too busy or is it a difficult task for them to do?
