Buyer Request does'nt refresh at 12 AM

Hello Everyone. I am new in fiverr. I am allowed with 10 Buyer request everyday but my buyer request doesn’t refresh at 12 AM. I exactly don’t know when it will refresh. I mean if I send 10 buyer request now it is suppoused to become 10 again at midnight that is 12 AM. But it doesn’t do that.
What can I do in this case anyone have any suggention?
