Conspiracy theory alert:

The apparently random dumping of established sellers from top to bottom page in the last few months is to encourage those sellers to pay for ads. With Pay Per Click, people with money have to be interested. Who would be interested if they were already close to the top?

*No evidence, pure conjecture

All laughs aside, that would not be an effective business model. There are only so many opportunities for ad space, so you can’t really scale this. They’d make more through gig orders, which they can scale.

But then again what conspiracy theory accounts for a business model that makes sense… 😂

Well honestly paid ads is not a good deal on freelancing platform at all.

Explanation:- Those who are getting orders from fiverr search bar or from the page ranking hits really hard by paid ads, and what about those who maintains there profiles with 5 stars? they deserve better ranking rather than paid ads.

Pay per click is not a good deal at all

Because there are many fake sellers who will click on your ads many times from different accounts. It will hit your ad funds really hard and bring them to ZERO with no sales 😦

These are just my opinion, although i lost my 3 main gigs ranking from first page of there respective keyword to last page.

It doesn’t really work like this.

There are many ways PPC avoids click fraud.

Also, think about Google. There are always paid ads and only s couple. But that doesn’t mean organic traffic performs poorly and is less likely to convert.
