rahulkajla1 Posted May 7, 2020 Share Posted May 7, 2020 I cancelled an order yesterday.I can still see that order on my dashboard, as an active & disputed order.Capture908×122 15.7 KBCS advised me to clear cache/cookies. Use different browser or incognito mode. Logout and Login. Did all that, nothing changed. I see this order on both, PC and smartphone.Order was cancelled by CS during the issues with inbox.
