The messages you send do show up after a while. In my case, 10 or 20 minutes later (I’m not sure, I sent them, saw that they didn’t go through, went to wash the dishes, and when I came back, I saw that they went through).

Yes, i have deliver order two time but still did not show the deliver files… :frowning_face:

I am facing the same issue right now.

The weird thing is, a potential buyer managed to send 3 (I think, I can’t see them) new messages before the red banner showed up. Fortunately, I did manage to respond (though my response was delayed) to the first message, so my response rate won’t be affected, but they might think I’m ignoring them, or that the site is rubbish (they’ve opened their account this month).

Currently, a large number of users are experiencing some issues with inbox messages. Fiverr’s Dev team is aware of the bug and is working on a resolution. Thank you for your patience.
