Requesting for many revisions

Hi sellers,

I wonder how buyers can request multiple revisions when the order allows only 1 revision. I had a buyer whom I offered a custom order with 1 revision, but once the files are delivered he continually requests for revisions more than once. How is it possible when I offer only 1 revision?

It’s up to you whether you offer additional paid or free revisions under these circumstances.

There is a “revision” button available to the buyer on the order page …but the truth is he probably wants to make trouble for you. Talk to your buyer, tell him this is the last free revision you are prepared to offer and all future ones need to be paid for. If they attempt to cancel, refuse and quote this from the Terms of Service (which you should read carefully at your earliest convenience!)

“Revisions to deliveries can be performed by Sellers based on the Seller’s Gig and customer care. Sellers may determine the amount of revisions offered to Buyers, including no revisions.”
