Rating the writers misleading

I’m surprise when the seller’s can avoid bad review or rating by cancelling the order simply …This is should not be done and allowed in professional site … but this is very odd

One of the things I loathed up until recently when one of my competitors was getting a number of negative feedbacks removed every day.



I believe they have changed it now though.
