Want to cancel fiverr revenue card request

I have requested a Fiverr revenue card but I want to cancel the request because I want to make bank transfer. Help me!

I’ve been trying to do the same thing (im in the U.S.) I signed up for the revenue card on April 4th and it still hasn’t arrived. I also did the direct deposit application back then and it was never approved. Customer service cancelled the application and let me put in a new one and now they’ve disappeared when I ask how long the process takes. No clue what to do. I’ll be following this thread in case someone comes through with advice. Good luck!
