saadhammadi05
Hello Guys!!!Hope you’re doing good!!!*So basically I wanna ask a question concerning the relationship between the seller and the customer. There was a situation today where I’ve answered a buyer request. And after probably 5 hours, the customer contacted me and told me that he want me to do the job for him. And what made me coming here is that he asked me to send the work for him, and then he will pay me.So, should the customer pay me and then send the work for him? Or the opposite?I will be really thankfull guys if you answer me and give some advice about the relationship between the seller and the customer, and maybe some similar story of yours.Thank You!!!
catwriter
If you haven’t done it already, read Fiverr’s Terms of Service, and you’ll learn how Fiverr works (you’ll also learn what not to do to avoid getting banned). To answer your question, Fiverr strongly suggests never to start working until the order is placed.
lloydsolutions
The buyer orders, pays, and then you deliver.Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.Everything is explained there in great detail. If you send work through the messaging system you will have worked for free.
misscrystal
He wants to get free work from a new seller who doesn’t understand yet that buyers have to first pay before getting any work done. You should never do any job without the buyer first placing an order (paying) with you.

That’ll teach them a lesson.
