Accidently click, impression down

Hi there.
I have share my gig on social media yesterday but my impression and click etc. has been very down. I don’t know what happened? My all gigs are showing.

same here… I created a 2nd gig, it got 50 impression, and both my gigs stopped getting clicks and impressions

Hi everyone. Just merged all discussions of this topic into one.

We are currently experiencing a problem preventing you from seeing your Gigs’ impressions, clicks, and views. But not to worry, your Gigs are active and we’re working to fix the problem asap.

Impressions are how many times those gigs are being shown on the main page of fiverr, views is how many people actually clicked on your gig after seeing it in the list of gigs.
If you want to increase your views, maybe try to improve your gig title, your gig image or your offer (e.g lower starting price or a different kind of gig that might be more in demand these days)

After you edit a gig, it will be temporarily removed from the search because it’s manually checked to make sure it meets the TOS. So in that time, your impressions and views go down, but they will recover eventually once the gig is up again.

Also, please keep in mind, if something negatively affects your ratings, e.g. a cancelled order, late delivery, response rate going down or a 2-4 star rating for a completed order, this also effects your impressions and therefore your views negatively, while a 5 star review can have a positive impact on your impressions.
