Fiverr almost provide everything which can be done on mail. Then why you need mail? And if required I would suggest to ask it to customer service.

No no no! 🙂 Never share personal information. It is clearly written in the TOS and you need to read them if you want to be safe on Fiverr.

Nowhere. You cannot share your email. Even if you do thta in inbox, you will get banned.
