If you want to use someone’s music, you need to get permission from the person/entity that owns the rights to that music.

There are programs that sell rights-free music for a subscription, but you’ll have to make sure you follow their terms as well as Fiverr’s. You should confirm with Fiverr that you’re allowed to use the tool you’ve chosen to make sure they don’t assume you’re violating a copyright.

Make sure the rate you charge more than justifies the research and fees associated with using such a service.

I use Audio Buzz- you buy a yearly subscription for $189 and you have unlimited download and usage. You have to make sure you read the license agreement but it’s very liberal. You cannot sell a song and it has to be embedded in the project.
