I started selling last month, but I made this account in 2016 and used a phone number different from the one I have now. To withdraw my money, I have to confirm my phone number, but I forgot that number a long time ago. I still remember my security question, so I contacted fiverr support to try and resolve this but I haven’t gotten a response yet.I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this issue, and how did you resolve it? Were you able to still get paid? I’ve made quite a lot of money so far and spent a lot of time working on these commissions, I really don’t want my money to be stuck in this account. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
