Gig impression and view is going down

My sale was great last year. I was a level two seller, with a good position but suddenly I lost my level and went down i gained my level again but my gigs impression is too much low and there is no sale.Is the level down responsible for no sale? Is there any way that helps me to acquire my previous position in fiverr .
