sudden drop in sales !!

Hi, I’m a level two seller but I’m new here on the forum.
Until a few days ago everything was going wonderfully! I received 2 or 3 orders a day (99% of satisfied customers many of them left me 5-star reviews and generous tips)
For a few days everything has dropped to zero. Orders .views, clics ETC.
(I only received orders from regular customers) no new customers, not even INBOX contacts.

How is such a thing possible? Can you help me with some advice how to get back in the game.

Same thing here. There is a problem on GIGS statistics from fiverr as they mentioned in the GIGS page. But I wonder whether it effected the orders from new buyers
