I came up with these short terms for a project…

I would like to use you on a project. I have included a checklist and will be buying the amount of gigs that we negotiate. Please go over the checklist carefully. If you need clarification on any of the tasks in the checklist then ask me before you bid the job. Once you bid the job and we agree on a price and I purchase the gigs, then please do not submit the finished project until you have

1. Fully tested it
   
2. Made sure that every item on the checklist has been completed
   
3. You have put it up onto a test location and included a link for me to test the finished project.
   
   
   
   It would also be helpful if everyday you sent a message saying that you are still working on the project and gave an approximate percent complete value.
