I am unable to add new payoneer bank after removing previous payoneer account

Hi
Recently i have remove my fiverr account as funding resource from my Dad payoneer account by requesting to payoneer customer support, and they deactivated my fiverr account from my Dad payoneer account. And now i created my own Payoneer account and i want to connect my fiverr account to my new payoneer account. And i also contacted to fiverr customer support and they also removed previous payoneer account. And when i click on bank transfer. It verifies phone number then emailed with the Link. I opened the link and landed on Fiverr’s website as usual with a Get Started button and some details about Payoneer. “The page you are looking for does not exist, or has been moved.”
I also have changed browser and have cleared browser history, cache and cookies but nothing happens.
