Issue with Incoming Messages

Hello All;

Don’t know if any one else has encountered this error, my old messages are coming as unread in my Inbox; when I open that, the date shows an year old, or sometimes two yearws old… Is someone else having this issue? Would appreciate if someone knows a fix!! I am a seller on Fiverr.
