Getting Error while delivering the Order

Is there any one else who is getting error while delivering the order, I am attaching the files but when do deliver no attachment is available but the text only, any one facing the same?

@guymastrion it is not because of format supported, files get attached but while on delivering the do not show in delivery, well I have contacted the support and waiting for their response, thank you for your concerns
